Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons, holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination but generally range from 2–7 business days within the U.S.
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
If you’re local to Wimberley or visiting the Hill Country, you may have the option to select in-store pickup at checkout. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our shop and is with the carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery times or be responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first — we’re always happy to assist if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
